Snow.

Since it actually snowed here in Chico about a week ago, we knew there would be some good snow in the mountains near us!  Donnie knew a great place about a 1/2 hour away from us, and Jackson was so excited.  Donnie bought a nice little sled for Jackson to play in, and the tiniest hill ever wasn't too tiny for a two year old.

Technically was on Wednesday.  We had Cat in the Hat Jello Parfaits and Green Eggs & Ham Key Lime Cupcakes.  No way am I making any sort of green eggs :)
