Little Swimmer

Jackson all of the sudden is that kid who doesn't want to get out of the pool.  Today his lips were purple and his jaw was shivering (he's done that since he was a newborn when he wasn't even cold though), and he did not want to get out for dinner.

Donnie built the platform, which is just like the one they have in swimming lessons.  They are able to move it around the pool to accommodate each swim level.  It's perfect for our pool, which is pretty deep for kids.

Happy One Month Colby!

I can't believe it's already been a month!





Colby's been a complete joy.  He slept for the first two weeks and finally woke up at three.  And he sure did wake up.  Now, he doesn't want to be put down.  Ever.  Which is okay because I've been wearing him in the Moby most of the time, we take a nap together while Jackson is napping, and we have lots of help.  He has his fussy moments, some days more than others, but all worth it.  He's our little baby and I know how quickly this time passes.








I'm already wishing time would slow down!


For those wondering if the boys look the same, here's Colby's one month and Jackson's one month!  Yes, they're super similar, although of course easy to tell the differences at the same time.  Colby seems like a peanut compared to Jackson.







(And no, I won't be dressing them in the same outfits every month, but I just loved this outfit too much to let it go!)

Graduation Month

With being due in June, I thought we were going to miss all of the graduations!  Colby surprising us a bit early made it so he was able to make his appearance at one!

Colby at Nicole's Graduation!  He was a two-week-old angel and slept through all of the graduation we stayed for wrapped up in the Moby and slept throughout loud/late drinks celebrating afterwards.

And Jackson was able to make an appearance at Blair's Graduation!  

Congrats girls!  Can't wait to celebrate all together soon.

Donnie built us two wonderful vegetable boxes this spring!  Now that the weather is finally starting to warm up, hopefully our out of control vegetables will start producing soon.  This year we planted tomatoes, carrots, snap peas, sugar peas, strawberries, peppers, zucchini, pumpkins, and all kinds of herbs.



Jackson's shirt says, "Grow Your Own Food," a campaign from the 30's.  I love etsy!
